Yeda est\u00e1 ubicada en el centro de la costa occidental de Arabia Saudita, dentro de la jurisdicci\u00f3n de la regi\u00f3n de La Meca. La mayor parte del a\u00f1o, el clima es c\u00e1lido y h\u00famedo, con una disminuci\u00f3n de la humedad en invierno. La Fuente Marina es un elemento paisaj\u00edstico destacado de Yeda, con una columna de agua que alcanza los 260 metros de altura, considerada la primera del mundo. Yeda tambi\u00e9n es la principal v\u00eda de acceso terrestre, mar\u00edtima y a\u00e9rea para los musulmanes que se dirigen a La Meca y Medina para el Hajj. La cantidad de acero utilizada en este proyecto es de aproximadamente 5475 toneladas.
