Situ\u00e9 au c\u0153ur du quartier central des affaires (CBD), il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&#039;un emplacement exceptionnel. Le Mediatek Plaza est un vaste complexe immobilier comprenant des immeubles de bureaux de cat\u00e9gorie A, des appartements cinq \u00e9toiles et de grands b\u00e2timents commerciaux. Les bureaux de cat\u00e9gorie A offrent une surface d&#039;environ 80\u00a0000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s et culminent \u00e0 plus de 170 m\u00e8tres. Leur segmentation en unit\u00e9s standard intelligentes 5A est \u00e0 la fois rationnelle et fonctionnelle.
