Luosiwan Center is located at the southern end of the traditional main axis of Kunming, and the original site of the old Luosiwan area is upgraded and rebuilt. Luosiwan Center is a large urban commercial complex that is upgraded and rebuilt at the original site of the old Luosiwan market under the direction of the government. Luosiwan Center is located in Yongchang Street, Xishan District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, with Nanba Road to the east, Panlong River scenic belt, Haigeng Road to the west, Second Ring Road to the south, and Huancheng South Road to the north. It covers a total area of 316 mu, with a total construction area of about 2 million square meters, including commercial, office buildings, hotels, apartments and other property forms.
