Management is foundation, technology is driving force.
In 2005, Honglu Group established a technology center with nine departments: IT R&D, Technology R&D, Business Technology Department, Process Technology Department, Engineering Technology Department, Central Laboratory, Welding Training Center, Green Building Technology Research Institute, and Advanced Welding Technology Research Institute. Currently, the number of employees in the technical center more than 1500.
Technical center
Since 2005, the Technology Center has completed over 200 projects, covering new technologies related to steel structures, new process analysis and R&D, steel structure engineering scheme design, drawing decomposition, drawing optimization, quality control analysis, equipment efficiency analysis, new product trial production and trial use, and product finalization, solving a series of technical problems encountered in production and operation, Ensuring the smooth implementation of multiple major domestic and international projects undertaken by Honglu. The Technology Center has applied for more than 500 patents, all of which have been accepted by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, and has won many national, provincial and municipal innovation achievement awards.
To tackle key problems, the Technology Center also collaborates with multiple Chinese universities, such as Hefei Technology University, Anhui Architecture and Technology University and Huazhong Technology University. Invite nationally renowned experts and professors to jointly undertake cutting-edge research projects and R&D tasks for steel structure design. The technical team focuses on the development of new, special, and difficult projects, as well as the exploration of new structural forms and simulation analysis of engineering construction.

Technical Strength
